Refund and Return Policy

At Felthaven, your satisfaction is our top priority. However, due to the nature of our products, we kindly ask that you read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

📥 Digital Products Only

All items sold on felthaven.com are digital downloads delivered instantly via email or user account after payment confirmation. As such, no physical product will be shipped.


❌ No Returns or Exchanges

Because digital products cannot be “returned”, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations after a purchase is completed and the file is delivered.


💡 Exceptions (If Applicable)

We may offer a refund or replacement if:

  • The digital file is corrupted or cannot be accessed

  • You accidentally purchased the same item more than once

  • You did not receive the download due to a technical issue (email delivery failure, etc.)

In such cases, please contact us at support@felthaven.com within 7 days of your purchase. Be sure to include your order number and a clear description of the issue.


⏳ Processing Refunds

If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.


🔁 Duplicate Orders

If you unintentionally purchase the same pattern more than once, reach out to us at support@felthaven.com with both order numbers, and we will issue a refund for the duplicate.


📬 Didn’t Receive Your Files?

If you haven’t received your digital files, please:

  • Check your spam or junk folder

  • Ensure the email used at checkout was correct

  • Or log into your account to access your download
